Application form duly signed

Fill the application form with correct, complete and up-to-date information with photograph, duly signed by all applicants

Processing fee cheque

Initial Login fee at time of loan application and balance amount to be paid finally at the time of disbursal of the loan amount

Property documents

Sale agreement or deed of sale, Letter of allotment, NOC from builder/Society etc.

Know your customer documents

Proof of name, date of birth, address, signature and identity

Residence ownership proof

Property documents, maintenance bill, electricity bill

Income documents

If salaried: salary slips, Form 16 and bank statement. If self-employed: income-tax returns with financial statements, bank statement
