No prepayment or foreclosure charges are applicable for partial or full prepayments on floating rate loans.
- Prepayment charges of:
- - 5% of the prepaid amount during the first 2 years
- - 3% thereafter
- may be applicable during the fixed interest rate period, unless specified otherwise in the loan agreement.
- No prepayment charges apply once the loan transitions to a floating interest rate.
Non-Individual Borrower
No prepayment charges are applicable for loans taken for business purposes under MSE classification.
- No charges for prepayments up to 25% of principal outstanding within a 12-month period
- Charges apply only on the amount exceeding this threshold
- Prepayment charges applicable:
- 5% during first 2 years
- 3% thereafter
- Charges are applicable during the fixed interest rate period and as per the loan agreement.
Pre-payment / Foreclosure Charges
- Foreclosure Charges Applicable for Loans Sanctioned Till December 31, 2025
- Foreclosure Charges Applicable for Loans Sanctioned on or After January 1, 2026
